1. About Us

Photobooth App is operated by Sabtech Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using this service you agree to these terms. Contact us at info@sabtech.co.uk.

2. The Service

We provide a digital passport and visa photo processing service. You upload a photograph, we remove the background and format it to the specification you select, and deliver the result by email.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You must be the person in the photograph or have their explicit consent
• The photograph must be a genuine, unaltered image of the applicant
• You must not use the service for fraudulent purposes
• You must provide accurate personal details
• You must ensure the photo meets the requirements of your specific application — requirements can vary and we recommend checking official guidance

4. Pricing & Payment

The price is £6.99 per photo including VAT. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in GBP.

5. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your order
• You must provide evidence of rejection from the application centre
• Refunds are not available for rejections caused by the quality of your original photograph (poor lighting, incorrect expression, etc.)
• Refunds are not available where you selected an incorrect photo type/country
• To request a refund email info@sabtech.co.uk with your order reference

6. Delivery

Your photo is delivered by email immediately after payment. If you do not receive your email within 30 minutes please check your spam folder and contact us at info@sabtech.co.uk with your order reference.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your photographs. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process the image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your image for any other purpose.

8. Prohibited Use

• Do not upload images of people without their consent
• Do not use the service to create fraudulent identity documents
• Do not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Do not upload malicious files

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabtech Limited is not liable for:

• Rejection of photos by government bodies or application centres
• Delays in visa or passport applications
• Any indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
